They were great initially and throughout the initial process. There were a few issues related To passenger door and steering. I am not sure if these were a result of work Crash Champions did or that the Tesla dealership in Spokane did. I have bad experiences with that Tesla dealership in the past. Crash Champions have towed/transported the car back to Spokane, but this took some time. I am uncertain of the status and have asked again today. Also, I will now have to pay for transportation to Spokane and a hotel in Spokane a second time to retrieve my car. This doesn’t seem fair that I should have to bear this cost.
