The repairs themselves appear to be fine. The car looks great. We got updates every day until the last day and then no update. They should follow through with the updates until the car is picked up, including an update that says "the car is ready to be picked up." Also my wife took the car in to be fixed so the updates should have been addressed to her, not me. Otherwise everything was fine.

I think overall they did a great job, but I am still removing pain flicks daily.

The paint looks great and we’re happy with it. However, when we got our car back, it was nicely vacuumed until we used the air conditioner and then paint peelings started showing up all over the car. If I could attach a photo I would. I don’t know how it would’ve gotten into the venting system to show up all over the car.

When we were initially called and told that the vehicle was ready for pickup, it was ahead of schedule. Unfortunately when we showed up to pick up the car, the bumper was not right and there was a huge gap where there should not have been. In the end, it was fixed and we picked up the car a couple of days later.
