Irene was the best! From the beginning to the end, she helped and assisted me throughout the process. Duoc was also very helpful and reassuring that my car would be taken care of, and he was right! The work looks great, my door handles is not perfect but I notice little things. The biggest problem I had was they told me it would take 7 days and it ended up taking 15 days. Wouldn’t have been a problem if I had rental insurance but I choose not to and the rental was out of pocket. The team did give me a discount which was much appreciated.

Duoc, who helped us with the repair process, was very professional and explained everything clearly. He also made the whole process of working with the insurance company and arranging the rental car very smooth and easy for us. The check-in ladies were very welcoming and friendly!
