My dad (whose car it was) was displeased that the rear bumper panel that was replaced was somewhat askew as the work done to the underlying body frame was not repaired to previous condition - it was immaterially askew and repair shop said no issues will come of it but unfortunately he is a perfectionist and was disappointed in the end result. Otherwise, team was very friendly to work with.

This was a very complicated situation for our family. The damage was done in Vancouver WA, and we live on the East Coast. Our vehicle had to be left on a road and was undrivable. Crash Champions went above and beyond to get it in the shop and repaired. Kind, patient and understanding professionals. Most of it looked great. I was a bit annoyed about having to wait an entire month because of incidents that happened afterward. I also found out the side skirt was banged up, with a few small scratches from workers getting in and out of the car, plus a larger scratch that went through the paint. I would’ve appreciated a better finished product, especially after the project was delayed. With that to say, the initial repairs look fantastic.
