My service advisor Carlos was very nice and helpful. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helped me get my rental car and even returned it for me through the automated service they have with Nationwide.

I would give them 11 stars if possible. They kept me informed through the entire process. Many auto shops treat you as just a number on a list. Crash Champions treated me as if I was their only customer.
