The techs screwed up my driver side door controls for my locks and window.

Atrocious. First, they ordered the wrong mirror and called me around 8:30 that morning to tell me when I had already changed cars for the day and my son was driving in. Then, I called for an update, got no response, called again and finally Jessica left me a VM admitting she "totally dropped the ball" as she said in her voicemail to me and "just forgot to re-order" the parts and did not call me to update. I kept that voicemail from 6/23/26. Then, once the mirror was installed, the techs messed up my lock mechanism and window controls so that my locks don't work and I cannot lower the mirror on the passenger door! I've never seen such incompetence and idiocy in one location, and they should be embarrassed to charge me or the insurance company a dime for their brutal incompetence and poor service.

You guys had the fastest turnaround for my little Honda. I called to check the next day after I dropped it off to see when it would be ready and the person said 7 to 10 days and it was ready the next day! I appreciate the quick turnaround cuz I'm more comfortable at my age driving my own car. A plus all around!
