Repairs were really great!! They did excellent work & it drives wonderfully. Only minor complaint was a lack of communication about the updated time/date of my pick-up. I had already returned the car I was borrowing & made arrangements to get a ride after work to the auto body shop to pick up @4pm, as I was told. The live updates never changed to inform me of anything otherwise. So I called to verify pick-up time/day and learned of a small delay. I went another two days without a vehicle, which was slightly frustrating. Upon driving it the first time, my check engine light came on. But they were super wonderful about helping me address that as soon as I could get in and it is all working well now.

Bedford heights location was excellent from start to finish, Akrons communication was not as helpful, particularly after missing the completion deadline
