Repair could not be completed by my travel deadline because one part did not arrive on time. I was disappointed when I was told that the ordered parts would need to be returned rather than held until I could bring the car back in for the repair. I even offered to pay for the parts.

There's new damage interior of my car that absolutely were not preexisting. There's a crack in my media console screen with finger goops all over it like brown stains that look like someone poked around on it, and someone there broke my center console flip up armrest thing, broke clear through the plastic hinge on the driver side hinge.. and didn't even bother to try to acknowledge or repair.
