Everything was simple from dropping the car off, getting into a rental, and then picking the car back up. They kept in touch to let me know what was going on. The car was even detailed when I got it back! Would definitely recommend!

I had a bumper repair done. When I picked up the truck, I told them the bumper was not installed straight. Three people proceeded to tell me that it was an after market part and the pins were in the correct place, so that was the way it fits. I argued with them until the manager came out and pretty much first told me the same thing. I sked if they were a repair shop and knew how to install the part so it fit correctly. The manger finally decided to write on the receipt to bring it back at a later time to get it fixed. REALLY? When i brought the truck in to get the estimate, I told them it was a self pay and did not want any aftermarket parts put on it. Well, guess what? It was an after marker part used. I think we should be credited for the worked preformed. Please reply to this survey. 330-701-5119 Mike
