Overall work was great! The only thing was that there was no communication about the car. When I got the call that it was done, I had 24 hours to get up there and return the rental. I had an event the night of the call, and had things scheduled all of the next day. I had to scramble to move things around to get up there. Had I have known a few days prior, I could've fit it in and it would've been a lot less stressful. But again, great work, and everyone I encountered was really nice!

The car is repaired and back to pre-accident state. There were a number of delays over the course of 22 days due to the difficulty of finding parts for a 2026 vehicle. I would have appreciated more regular communication with updates regarding the delays and anticipated date when the repair would be finished.
