The repair team did a superb job. Marisa with whom I communicated was responsive, patient, professional, most courteous. She updated me on repair progress. Provided me an estimate and eventual total cost and repair details. I appreciate the teams efforts in completing repairs at soon as possible.s I’m very pleased with the results my car looks new! I’m glad I chose Crash Champions to take care of my Subaru. Thanks to Jessica at the Rocky River location for her assistance when I dropped off my car. She was accommodating, friendly and informative.

i loved the energy and vibes of the girl that showed me my car at the end of the repairs. she was kind, personable, and communicative. however, the woman at the front desk was not as kind. she was short each time we spoke and i felt like a burden while in her presence. the repair team did an incredible job however !
