Brandon was great. Very Pro-Active about updating me on status. BUT...one problem, I didn't realize I was out of gas !!! And found out on I-480. Fortunately made it to a gas station.

Brandon from Crash Champions was very helpful, professional and great to work with during our Toyota repair. He immediately returned my phone calls or called me several times to keep me updated on my car. Brandon and Dave from Sunnyside Collision were both very helpful in getting my car repaired. Still waiting for a part and Brandon has been working on getting that, and has stated they will replace the grill when they can get one, at which time I will come back to have it put on.

Even though I gave a 9 , i have to let you know that there was some initial confusion when I took the car to North Olmsted shop as i was advised to go , the Rep did not know anything about me or my car coming to the shop . It was somewhat discouraging to see that happen as it shows some lack of communication

I was not very happy initially. When my insurance company had mailed me the.check and had notified Crash Champions that the check had been mailed out, I called a week later to check on when I should bring the car in and was told the parts had not been ordered yet! There were a series of runarounds and suddenly a very nice young woman took over and things fell into place and started to happen.
