Our initial discussion walking aeound the vehicle was to fix all the scratches on the sides and back of our car. The shop only buffed and did not fix the deeper scratches as requested during our initial discussion. Upon payment, they said they would not do the deeper scratches, which conflicts with our inital discussion together.
