I was told that we could pick up our company truck after paying the $2,000 deductible. I paid it via my company credit card and had 2 operators head over to pick it up. They called shortly after arriving upset because the shop manager, Jason Meyer, was refusing to release the truck without the full payment. The final amount was almost $1,000 higher than the original estimate and I explained that to Jason that it might be the reason for the delay in payment from EMC. He also stated that he submitted the paperwork just 2 days prior which I explained also that it takes a bit longer to finalize claims. His unprofessionalism and the estimate being much lower from the total amount I would never recommend this business to anyone.

I am so happy with Crash Champions. They did a very good job on my car and were very professional. from the very beginning, they explained exactly what they were going to do, and I feel they went above and beyond. I would recommend that anyone who has bodywork that needs to be done, bring your car to Crash Champions! There work was so good. I can’t even tell where the dings and dense were on my car. I have some work that needs to be done that is unrelated to my accident, and I plan on taking it back to Crash Champions to have those issues repaired.

The personnel were very nice, very professional, and very patient with my questions! They made me feel very comfortable, leaving my car in their hands, explained all that they were going to do and did a follow up with me at the end of everything that needed to be done. I’m very happy with personnel that work there.
