I didn’t know Inertech was being bought out. I wasn’t informed and information was not relayed about my vehicle repair.

I had to call to get updated, there was next to no communication. Then my door was crooked when I picked the car up. Dust was all over the interior and the all weather floor mats were soaked with some sort of slick film.
