Only unsatisfactory item is that the techs removed my spare tire and jack from the storage well, then just threw them in the trunk instead of putting them back where they belong. They’re a pain to put in the well, and all of the work was done on the front of the car, so the fact that they even took them out in the first place is puzzling. Otherwise the work they did was great and they kept me well informed throughout the process.

Still don’t have my vehicle back after over 40 days. When I did have an opportunity to pick up, it still had a broken axle that was not found until we drove it home and had to return it to the shop

I still have a scratch on my side mirror. I wish I had noticed it before I drove away. BUT I did notice one on the back panel and an associate buffed it out right away I was very happy with that. My car was clean and smelled nice! Very happy with tje work on the doors :)
