Freaking fantastic service they did amazing job on my vehicle. My rep contacted me all the time kept me updated which I love. I can’t stand companies that do not communicate. So I give this an A+ rating and I will make sure other people know about this company and how they work and the guys there have amazing skills. My vehicle looks fantastic.

The repair was on a door only and it doesn't perfectly match the color of the rest of the car. The interior was left extremely dirty (floors were dirty and interior was very dusty). In addition, there were new damages to my car.

I'm torn, because I chose Crash Champions based on recommendations from friends and colleagues. My insurance company recommended somewhere else. The reason I'm torn about whether I would recommend you or not, is that while the quality of the work seems good, the communication, speed, and efficiency were quite poor.

The repairs seem good; however, when I was initially told the vehicle was ready, I was told an employee had checked everything out and it was ready to drive. I got in the vehicle and within a few seconds, a bunch of warnings lit up on the dash for various systems, and upon getting on the road, the alignment was horrible - the wheel pointed to about 2:00 if I took my hands off it. Anyone who "checked" the vehicle would have noticed these things within about 30 seconds, so it was VERY clear the vehicle had not actually been checked to ensure good alignment and good electrical systems.

I received zero communication from Crash Champions. The onus was on me 100% to reach out to ask about the status of my vehicle multiple times over 3.5 weeks. No one ever reached out to me first, so I very much felt that I was left in the dark about the status of my vehicle. It would have been nice to have received any kind of updates.
