John was excellent start to finish. Upon picking up the replaced light fixture was defective. Should have been tested BUT John took truck for another day, rushed part and replacement. Made a bad experience great

There were a few choices my insurance offered to take my car. I chose Crash Champions, Bonita Springs because it was closest to me but I was very pleasantly surprised about there level of service and more importantly, the courtesy of my repair advisor, James. There was a miscommunication, once I brought it to James's attention, he made arrangements to correct it. I'd recommend Crash Champions, Bonita Springs and James to anyone needing repair work, especially, when you're already stressed about the incident.

I had an excellent experience with crash champions. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Checking my car in and out took less than five minutes, making everything incredibly convenient. James, who assisted me throughout the process, was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The team also called to check in and make sure everything was going well, and the online updates made it easy to stay informed about my vehicle’s progress. My vehicle was repaired in just one week, which exceeded my expectations. They also helped arrange a rental car, and that process was just as seamless. As an added bonus, they detailed my BMW before returning it to me. They thoroughly cleaned both the interior and exterior, including the tires, and my car looked spotless. I wasn’t expecting that level of care, and it truly impressed me. Overall, this was the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. The exceptional customer service, fast turnaround time, clear communication, and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend Crash champions to anyone in need of auto repairs.
