She handled all the coordination with Enterprise Rental Car flawlessly, arranging both pickup and drop‑off so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her kindness and efficiency made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Scott, the lead customer service agent, guided me through every step of the repair process with outstanding professionalism. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. He explained the work in detail, kept me updated, and made sure I felt confident in the repairs being done. The quality of the work itself was truly impressive. My vehicle had 75 hail dents on the hood and another 35 on the roof, and the team removed every single one with precision and craftsmanship. When I picked up my car, it looked flawless. Not only were the repairs perfect, but they also fully detailed the vehicle, making it look better than it did before the storm. Crash Champions on Bruner Road delivered true 5‑star service — exceptional workmanship, outstanding coordination, and genuine customer care.
