From intake with Christy, inspection and repair estimate by Charlie to repairs by the shop technician who completed my repairs (name unknown as I did not meet that person) , I could not be more satisfied. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did everything they could to make my repair experience very easy.

I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. I’ve made sure to let everyone I know and all my social media followers to never step foot in 7135 Crash Champions.

I was told a time of completion and it was delayed and pushed back 9 times. I’ve had times that they guaranteed that I would receive my car and then still I would call and it wouldn’t be ready. I got a call saying it would be ready so I left work to pick it up and when I got there they acted as if no one told me. A project that should’ve taken 2 weeks lasted a month and a quarter. The car aesthetically looks good however there’s still issues they claim they need to fix. I want nothing to do with this place after I get that last issue with the car repaired.

I am disappointed in the experience of your establishment. After full inspection of my car. I brought my vehicle in for repair to the rear and your technician messed up the front of my vehicle!! Shame on you and your establishment!!

I brought my car in for them to repair the bumper the trunk hatch and the rear driver side of my vehicle. They called me and told me that my vehicle was ready and they only fixed the bumper. I left the car for them to correct the error. They dismantle my front driver side of my vehicle. Very incompetent. I would recommend this company for fixing a skateboard with three wheels.
