Although the parts for the repair were ordered, paid for and received prior to dropping the car off it still took 2 weeks for the work to be completed. The employees that I dealt with (Hector and Chrissy) were both friendly and courteous but the lack of communication was frustrating.

Everyone was great in the office and kept me informed even when I was calling them often to see what was happening they were extremely nice and helped me out and the car looks good after the accident and they warrantied their work and I thought that was excellent too
