Inside of vehicle was dusty. Spray paint on window control panel by rear passenger doo, still not fixed after a week. ? Waiting for part. Whooshing noise from the repaired door when driving. Still waiting for technician to tell me when to get the issues resolved.

Bad communication from start to finish. Cosmetically, the car looked fine. However, A Thorough inspection of vehicle was not completed which resulted in further issues that my insurance would then not cover. They attempted to make over $600 in repairs without my say so… and claimed they wouldn’t make any money off of it. Turns out, the parts needed were about $20 and about 1.5 hours of labor. Did it myself. Wasted my time. Had a week without a vehicle because they couldn’t coordinate with my adjuster. Awful communication. It’s apparent that this shop cares more about volume than quality of work. They failed to look at my car carefully, which could have led to injury and damage. I had to pry info out of them the whole time. This is my second vehicle to come through this shop. Neither experience has been pleasant.
