The process was really quick and easy. I pleasantly surprised by the intake process. I was in and out within 15 minutes and I was helpfully informed of the process through every step.

The repair to the vehicle is fine however someone stole some $200 plus shoes out of my vehicle while you all were repairing our vehicle. I feel like one of the employees had to have taken the shoes because the vehicle was not broken into. We reported the loss and no one has responded. Very disappointed for this type of service.

When they called us to pick up the car the job they did was very sloppy many pieces are falling off and the rubber stopper is missing from the door. When they called us they said it's done and that's what we see so we leave it there for another 3-4 days and when they called us again saying it's done we came and checked it pieces were stolen from my front door and put on the back door. Everything they did was sloppy I need to bring the car to a different body shop.
