I'm a returning customer. I had an excellent experience the first time coming to the Sunbeam repair. The first time I was there, I was given proper feedback as to when my car repair was going to be completed. Also the color of the car matched perfectly after the repair I was extremely happy with the quality of work that was done on my car first time around. However the second time, I had to call several times to find the status of my repair. Moreover at the end the color did not match perfectly.
