The quality of work is great. My only concern is with communication. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the shop or something with Allstate. It took 3 appointments to find out that I had to rent a car in order to see what else needed to be done, if anything. This delayed repairs by 2 weeks. The office staff did apologize which I appreciated.

I took My Highlander and my daughters Honda Civic in and Man did Crash Champions do an AMAZING JOB on both back bumpers‼️ They had both vehicles back to me in just a couple of days and the way they treated me was very nice and Professional. Rafael is a STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ that just does things right and such a genuinely nice person.
