Mo gave excellent service. He is a 10. However, the lady at the front desk was not pleasant. I would give her a 5. Her attitude could use some improvement. She could use a more pleasant tone of voice and not make people feel like it was a bother to ask questions regarding the status of the car repair and the arrival of the replacement part being ordered.
