I had come to the shop before it was called Crash Champions, and they had done an amazing job on my car. So of course come back to the same place even if it is under a different name, and once again they have done another amazing job.

The texts are great to keep me aware of the car's progress, however I do miss the human connection. I tried calling for more information and the front office person was a little uncommuncative and I felt like I was a bother. I am very happy with the body work. And the technicians and assessors I met with were very personable and communicative.

Wrong head light stick used

Upon receiving vehicle, I noticed multiple damaged areas.

Completely dissatisfied with all events that happened. Lack of communication. Took 4 months for car to be repaired. Still missing items on repair; not fully complete. Upon inspection of car, noticed multiple damaged parts on area that was suppose to be repaired. Please contact me so this can be remedied.
