Dejuan was super patient and answered our questions about the repair process. He kept us updated on the status of the repair. And, when we picked up the vehicle, he walked us through what was done and advised us not to wax the car for the established amount of time. I think his service was exceptional.

Yes! I was in communication with Mike the adjuster and he kept me informed about the status of the repairs. Bianca at front desk explained the charges throughly. The car side mirror looks great now and they even did a car wash at the end which was very kind of them. Definitely would recommend their services again :)
