The service we received from the beginning to the end was above and beyond. My husband dealt with this and he told me the customer service was outstanding, from having the rental car delivered to the shop, the follow ups on the status of the repairs to dropping off the rental car and leaving the garage door opener in the rental and having the person working with us, retrieving the opener and personally handing it to my husband when he went back to get it. The car itself looks brand new and drives like a dream.

As noted above, the customer service was great. Destiny did a great job carefully inspecting my car for damage, talking to her manager and a repair technician to make sure my quote was correct, and providing me updates throughout the repair process. She was great!

Fantastic experience. Very professional and friendly. They took care of just about everything including transport to the rental car shop, returning the rental for me, etc. Shop was very clean and organized. And they finished my car several days early. Thanks for everything!
