My car looks great and almost a brand new 2016 What I liked about Crash Champions is they kept me updated on my car’s status via texts. When they ran into an issue they would call and update me with the details. Very personable staff. Would recommend them.

The outside does look good, my car was in an accident but they didn’t do an alignment before they returned it to me so I had to take it back and it took a long time to get it back in.

The front office was nice. It did bother me that they would tell me the adjuster would call me but wouldn’t. I was the one who would have to keep calling back for an update.
