unfortunately, I had a car acciDENT but I knew exactly where to take my car! This was my second CRASH and Casey and the team took such great care of me. They gave me updates every couple of days and I appreciated that so much. The customer service is Top notch! Oh my heavens they did such a good job on my car. I will give a ‘10’ every time they needto perform a survey. It needs to be known how great this team is. I could FILL UP this entire comment box but I won’t. Just know you have a happy customer, again!

My whole experience with Crash champions has been surreal. I think everyone has the notion that car collision repair centers are always anxiety inducing but I’m happy to say not Crash Champions. At least this one in particular. I have never felt more heard, more in the loop, and or like a true costumer before. Shot out Michelle and Manny who got everything coordinated for me. I truly thank them and the rest of the team for being professional and honest and genuinely just caring for me and my vehicle. This has whole situation of my car repair has gone from a super stressful situation to a complete satisfaction of service because of these folks. Hopefully I won’t have to be back anytime soon but if I need my car repaired again I know a spot that will take good care of me. Thank you all.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, specially the front desk receptionist ( forgot her name sorry) and Manny , i took my car in a couple days before the long weekend and got it back by Saturday, i was amazed by the quick turn over.
