The staff at Crash Champions was top notch. AJ’s customer service was truly impressive and Michelle at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. My car looks great and whoever cleaned did a good job. It was top notch!

The communication was not clear and I took it to another shop and they also felt that work was not very good. Nor was it complete.

It was not great at all. In fact they are still not done with the car. I took it to another shop to get another opinion and they felt that the paint job wasn’t that good and I complete. I have to go back on Monday. Please call me to discuss. (510)390-0352

Their service and communication of what was happening with my car was great. Then when I went to pick my car I was extremely satisfied with the repair work; it looks like a brand new car. The sides and back of my car (which were not damaged) doesn’t match. They did a fantastic paint job! I would totally recommend Crash Champions Hilltop!!
