I appreciated the detailed updates both by text and phone call. Front desk employees were personable and pleasant to speak with. I was explained what would take place to my car. Upon receiving my car I was shown everything that was done and she looked like she had never been injured! I pray I never have another accident but I will only take my automobiles to Crash Champions and will recommend.

It looks like a new car in the front, the paint job is perfect. Everything seems to work fine and my car was clean (not dusty) inside and out when I picked it up. The staff were very nice and explained what was going on whenever I inquired. It took a long time for the parts to arrive but I don't think it was anyone's fault and they warned me about it from the time I dropped off my car. It took 26 days but as I said it seems to have been very well done!
