Like I mentioned earlier. Inside it felt dirty and could have been cleaned better. Glass pieces should have been removed in detail.

Back seat has stain from paint. Glass pieces were still there under the seat. The starting feels weird and old now tbh. Overall it could have been detailed better from inside. Even the seat was folded which is done at breakin and had few pieces and stain hidden under.

It was an ongoing process about getting my car fixed, it took almost 2 months before y got it right, then things were missing out of my car! I informed Jorge about the situation, but his guys denied any such doing so I just left it as that! It wasn’t a lot , just change a few dollars from my console & a brand new cell phone holder for the car, I would never recommend anyone to go there!

Thank you for excellent customer support and service. My 2007 rav 4 repair on the rear bumper is beautiful. The frosting on the cake was getting back the cleanest car I've seen in a long time! Thank you to George and crew for putting a smile on my face. We are dealing with 2people in our house having cancer. The last thing I needed was to have someone hit my car. Crash Champions made life better just by caring about me as a customer. Thank you.

Multiple delays, lack of communication, no organization. Was told two separate times by manager that my truck was ready and it was in pieces both times. When I finally did get my truck back after 3 months I received it full of trash that was not there when I turned it in. If I had the power I would remove this body shop from our list of trusted vendors permanently.

I was originally told the job would take 3 days. It took 16. I was told that the problem related to the change in ownership. The end result looks great, but 16 DAYS!!!
