Stephanie B. Always does a great job. Explains in details what is and what will happen. I'm a Facility manager at my company and I always take our vehicles to them just because she works there and I know she will get everything done. On time, and correctly.

Amazing sad to hear Stephanie is leaving to the Lafayette but no worries we will be going there now. Even though it's a other 18 minutes farther that what we will do to get great service!!!

Was told it would be done in 7 or 8 working days. I checked back a week later and was told another week. It took a month, with no updates from them

Upon my initial estimation, I was told I had to wait almost 2 months for my car to be serviced due to labor and supply issues. So I waited for my 2 month appointment. I was told that it would take 4-5 days for repairs. I didn’t get an update. So on day 4 I called in to ask if my car was almost ready. The receptionist laughed, and said not even close. So I asked her to update me. She said someone will reach out soon. 3 days go by, no call. So I called again. After being on hold for a while, I was now told that although he thinks 99% chance all my parts are here, he’s not sure, and maybe it will be 2-3 weeks until my car is ready! When asked why didn’t anyone update me, or better yet, when I was dropping it off, why didn’t they give me the option to either keep my car until all the parts were in. He responded with, “well it’s just an estimate.” I understand everyone is busy, but to wait 2 months, then quoted 4-5 days, but once car is dropped off, no one thinks to update, is very unsatisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend.

My car is still not repaired to my satisfaction. I can’t even get a call back. I’ve called several times, and I’ve been told the manager would call me. I’ve yet to hear from him.

Lights are ok, sorry. However getting a couple of electronic warnings on the dash screen. Never seen those before. Taking to Acura dealer unless you think something happened with the power/electronics.

Upon choosing to use CSI, I was sold by the front desk that the repairs would not take more than a couple weeks. The damaged area of the car (front bumper) was then disassembled and then almost two weeks transpired before I could get any updates on part availability. Ultimately, the car was dropped off on August 31 and was not available until October 18th. While I understand that part availability is somewhat unknown, I think that a common sense estimate of parts that would be required for the repair could easily have been assessed BEFORE disassembling the car and making it not drivable, given the likelihood that parts might have a long lead time. Also, a better effort could have been made to find a dealer with the needed parts to help with the NINE week timeline to receive the parts and complete the repairs. When my insurance, State Farm, contacted CSI...magically, the parts were found within 24 hours and the car was completed within a couple days. Clearly, a better effort to find the parts would have resulted in the car being done within a closer timeframe to the suggested timeline of a couple weeks, versus NINE weeks.

I think the work took longer than it should have. I asked them to have the parts in hand before they started work, and they didn't.

My car was fixed as always, and I am happy with the work, but the customer service I received was exceptional. From your front desk staff, to Stephanie keeping me informed throughout the process, and Michael giving me rides, your company was a joy to work with. Thank you!
