Crash Champions Collision did an absolutely amazing job! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Charles was incredible to work with—he made sure everything went smoothly, kept me updated throughout the process, and had excellent communication. I was especially impressed that my vehicle was completed and ready in less than a week! The quality of the work and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Myself and my insurance company were told the vehicle would be done on Thursday. I returned my rental on Thursday. My vehicle wasn’t done until end of day Friday. I had to pay for a ride to work and back Friday. Lastly, they told me I had to bring my vehicle back in a month to complete the work because they didn’t have the parts to finish the job.
