I would never recommend this shop. Why would I recommend a shop where I am treated really rudely and your employees then go and call another service provider and treat them poorly. Oh, and then you didn’t fix the car. You didn’t complete the repairs and you were not forthright with me that you didn’t complete the job if anything else I would tell anyone that I knew never to go to your location.

Repairs were not finished correctly. I was given misinformation about your employees and told that I had to go to the dealership to get the display working again.. then later I was given a bunch of grief when my air conditioner stopped working I didn’t realize that was connected to the repairs y’all did and went to get it fixed when I realized it was connected to the repairs and you guys didn’t finish it and didn’t hook up the air-conditioning as stated then I called the body shop and was treated incredibly rudely. The body shop has also treated the Toyota dealership incredibly rudely today. I am incredibly dissatisfied. All of the employees I’ve dealt with today have been very difficult and unprofessional. I will never use your services again not only. Did you not finish the job when I’m calling you back to try to get this figured out I’m treated poorly. Terrible way to treat any one

Based on how I was treated today, I have to say completely dissatisfied so rude your employees even called Hansel Toyota in Petaluma and we’re very rude to their service manager. You guys really should be ashamed. Your employees are treating your customers very poorly. This is not a good business.

Blanca was especially helpful—she was friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. I felt confident that my car was in good hands.
