I received text messages early in the week that my car would be ready Friday 6/26. I called Th, 6/25 at 11:58 and was told my car would be ready at 4:30pm on Friday. I arrived Friday at 4:30 to be told my car was not ready and asked who I spoke with. I do not know who I spoke with, but I showed them the outgoing call to your business on my phone and that I was on the line for 2 minutes. The staff member said my car could be ready Saturday or Monday. I said Saturday would not work. She said Blanca would call me later that day, Friday. No one called. Today, Saturday I received a call at 9am that my car was ready to be picked up before 12. I am extremely upset that I was not given a 24 hours notice because it was a huge inconvenience to my plans. When I arrived my trunk still needed a fix. Jose said he needed a different tool and to bring back my car next week! I will not be returning to this business and will share my experience about how this business has poor communication and execution.
