My Experience

So many good things to say...it started with Mille and her introduction to what would be happening with the repair. I felt very confident about her being the person I would be connecting with. We had some hiccups with parts not arriving on time, etc, but it wasn't her fault and she kept me informed of the progress. She knew I was leaving town on the 26th and my car was ready on the 25th. For that I am extremely grateful. I also like that a live person answers the phone! It really makes a difference with feeling confident about communication.

Repair Quality

Communication was great, Mille was my "go to" person and she stayed in touch about the progress. She knew I needed the car to go out of town on a certain day, and she accomplished that (even though she had to deal with some of the wrong parts that were sent). My car looks great and I didn't expect for them to wash it, but they did.

The repair job came out great. The front end of my car looks brand new and I'm delighted. I did not expect from my entire car to be cleaned inside and out and that was such a pleasant surprise! I truly appreciate that kind of customer service. Millie took good care of me and communicated throughout the process. The only feedback I would give is the name of the business. No One Wants To Be A Champion at crashing😜
