The front desk person looked completely disinterested if not depressed. Nobody greeted me. I sat down and a guy walked by from the back room. He told me a joke. Finally I asked, “Is anybody here that knows why I’m here?” I almost left. No attention. No professional staff or environment. Gal up front looked so bored, she almost disappeared. I haven’t had such a weird disorienting vibe in any other company. The only good news was when twenty minutes later, Millie came out and greeted me. She’s the only bright ray of hope at this place.
