First let me say I had my first fender bender in over 30 years (my luck ran out.) I slid into a pole on ice and messed up my beloved and previously pristine 2015 Nissan Xterra. So I was very nervous about turning my baby over to a repair shop, afraid because it was older not enough care would be taken. Boy, was I wrong!! Jim Schnitz and his crew were FANTASTIC!!! Jim was very caring … he sat and talked to me answering all my questions. He assured me that the best care would be taken of my car and he was 100 percent right!! I felt so good about my car being at Collision Champions. It turned out there was suspension damage from the accident. They made sure all that was taken care of. Just wonderful!!! It looks like new and drives beautifully. I can’t thank Jim enough for his understanding and care. He’s a great guy and his crew does wonderful work! I would not hesitate recommending them. My experience went very smoothly. My consultant kept me informed, thorough and was very friendly. She answered all of my questions and explained the repairs in addition to showing the repairs to me. I would recommend her and Crash Champions to family and friends.

I would've rated them a 10 except that it took longer than it should've for my repairs to have been completed, which led to an inconvenience for my family during a long trip.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a question about my car and the head of the painting department even came out and addressed it. My lead very thorough and so helpful. I would recommend the Avon crash champions to everyone I know.
