I give you a 9.0. I was in route to pick up my truck on November 2 when I received a call that they had missed replacing the rear springs. Ordering and replacing the springs took until November 16, today. That two week delay was difficult with additional cost for rental on the car, I think Paul did everything he could to correct the error and I was impressed with his professionalism and of his staff. Did a great job on my vehicle after being hit by a deer in the rain got it done quickly looks like nothing was ever wrong with it color matched even got some reflectors that I had on the doors reordered and put back on to complete care of me and my vehicle very much appreciated

I have had the pleasure of working with Paul as well as Madison during the entire process. It was an unfortunate car accident. However both of them have gone above and beyond to help me out and update me the entire time my truck has been being repaired. I appreciate their professionalism and sincere amount of care and attention they have shown me. Something I have not found at other body shops in all my experience.
