I have never worked with any company that keeps you apprised of what is going on with the car. Staff is very customer oriented and even knew who I was when I came in to pick up my car. The place was exceptionally clean as well. The car is absolutely perfect and you can't even tell where I was hit. They even took care of turning my rental car in. I would highky recommend this company. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant from the time I waked in the door and walked out with my car. Also the car was done faster than I expected.

Have the best customer service that I have ever dealt with. From the time you leave including the time before you return. Was called to let me know where they were with the repair. Even called to apologize for the delay which wasn't their fault.

Madison was very kind and helpful, I had my one year old with me and carseats to move over from one car to another as well as some other items and she helped keep my daughter occupied while I did the transfer, she also called enterprise for me several times to get updates on my rental. She also witnessed the gentleman from enterprise be extremely rude to me which I’m grateful for because I wasn’t sure if I was imagining the attitude or if I was really happening. I’m not sure how long Madison has been with crash champions but I hope she is seen for her value to the company, she has wonderful customer service and is so kind.
