The staff was pleasant and responsive when I called. Wish they had informed me that off brand parts were being using and the fact that two of the car hoods that they ordered came in damaged which caused most of the delays.

Didn’t realize that not genuine Honda off market parts were being used, not their fault it’s because of our insurance company policy. They did a good job with what they had to work with.
