Amica and especially Enterprise car rental with whom Crash deals with are the ones who really caused unnecessary stress in my life

Between enterprise and Amica I was given a stressful experience as each had a different story. Crash apparently wasn’t able to do anything about that.

Great workmanship. However, it took about 3-4 months before we got our RAV4 back to us fixed. Actually, it took about 1 months before our vehicle was inspected. Then it took another month waiting for them to take our vehicle for servicing. Then it took several months for them to complete the servicing. The vehicle was giving back to us in perfect shape including being detailed. It was worth the wait.

Crash Champions did an excellent job on my Camry in a timely manner. I appreciated working with Martin. He explained exactly what would be done and it was done exceptionally well. If I ever need any work done on my vehicle again I nowhere to go to get a great job done. Thank you for the great job

Martin have done an amazing job with our car repair and very helpful! They keep giving us update and what to expect during the process. GG was so helpful with explaining everything to us too and give us a head up about the wait time for all the parts .

The people at Crash Champions fixed my car inside and out. It looks brand new with a shine that’s amazing! The repairs were extensive and took a while but now it runs great.

The customer service people kept me informed of the repair progress until the car was ready for pick-up. They were pleasant and efficient with the drop off and pick up of my car. They addressed my concerns with answers and referred me to Martin for any answers they couldn’t provide. Martin was wonderful - cheery , positive, and knowledgeable. He was sympathetic as well.

I and other family members have used Fix Auto for repairs in the past, that’s why I went there. I’d be reluctant to recommend Crash (not a great name choice).

People were good to work with in person. Keeping in contact with me during the repair- not so great. I was told “a couple of days” for my scratch on the bumper it took 11 days. I didn’t get any updates unless I called to check and then was told someone would call me back and he never did. I don’t think I would have heard anything if I hadn’t pursued info. I think my small repair just got put off - meanwhile my share of the car rental was over twice as much as expected because of the slow repairs.

I think it would really help your business to have your own rental vehicles for customers that are waiting for repairs. You would be making great money from the rich insurance companies.

When Crash Champions was FixAuto it was very good and I recommended it to several people. My most recent experience was not very good.

It took three trips to Crash Champions for them to have the parts needed for my car. THe first two times, I wasn't told until I had brought my car in that the work could not be completed. The actual repair was very well done.
