I am not often surprised anymore with Customer service as it seems service and professionalism are at an all time low. When I picked up my Mercedes after repair I was surprised. During the entire process the communication was regular and accurate. At pickup I was prepared to accept the car however it was returned I was amazed at the quality of the repair. There was no overspray. Every aspect was addressed inside and out. My car was completely detailed. Cleaned. Vacuumed. Tires and rims cleaned and treated. All chrome and glass spotless. I have never had a repair with This level of white glove service. Rebecca at the Burlington location was responsive and knowledgeable from day one. My service manager Kaylee did an excellent job. She went above and beyond handling my car and personal items with respect and care. She delivered the receipt and warranty and her contact information and assured me I could contact her if I have any issues. She went thru every part of the repair professionally. I highly recommend the team at Burlington Crash Champions. Thank you.
