We asked a few questions about some repair problems, and got a very angry, heated response from the rep. We had to leave issues were not addressed in calmer manner. We went to a different Crash Champions, where they calmly noted the unresolved repair issues, and asked us to return the next morning so they could work on completing the repairs.

The work was done professionally and crash champions kept me informed of the details of my extensive repairs. All the staff were very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable; I had a very positive experience with the gentleman (Mr Flowers?) at the front counter today. I will continue to utilize Crash Champions in the future- should I need future repairs to be done on my vehicles.
