The entire process from getting the quote on repairs, to filling out paperwork upon drop-off, getting updates as the repairs progressed, to picking up my car once done was flawless, easy, and enjoyable. Working with Mr. Flowers (I hope I have his name right) and Chris was an awesome experience and not once did they hesitate to explain things to me. They were very kind, patient, and just very nice the entire way through. The smiles and laughter helped ease my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable. The repairs on my car are flawless and I could not be any happier with this shop. I would very highly recommend working with this Crash Champions location to anyone who has an unfortunate accident and wants the best service possible. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the repair quality I received. Thank you to everyone that helped me through this process, I appreciate you!

Overall, my experience with Crash Champions was a 2 out of 10. Throughout the process, I received incorrect and inconsistent updates regarding the cost of repairs, what needed to be replaced, and the expected completion date. I received multiple emails and texts stating that my car would be ready on July 7, and that repairs had been completed and the vehicle was just awaiting transfer to the paint shop. However, when I arrived on July 7, I was surprised to find my car still sitting on the lot without a bumper, and repairs had not even begun. This experience was extremely stressful and frustrating. Based on this, I would not recommend this shop for repairs to family or friends. I will say that the front desk receptionist was very kind, answered all of my questions, and was transparent. She provided some sense of relief during an otherwise difficult experience.

Chris and Mr. Flowers were stellar. Kind, informative, and had great follow-through. I appreciated Chris putting in the effort to reach out to ESIS (more like CRISIS) multiple times to get things moving. Mr. Flowers was great handling my confusion about the process.
