Chris and Mr Flowers were awesome! Amazing young men who were highly professional and worked diligently to get the vehicle repaired in a timely manner so I could drive the 2,000 plus miles to get my critically injured wife back home to Illinois after she suffered a tragic traumatic brain injury. Car was in the shop for a about 3 weeks which I was told was the average turn around time when I dropped it off so no complaints there. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. Kaiko was excellent and was always happy to try and accommodate for any requests that I had. Mr. Flowers at the front desk was always a good sight to see, always friendly, always willing to help, always on top of things. I had an issue with hood alignment when I initially picked up the car, but they quickly scheduled me back in and took care of that quickly with no hassle 🙂 Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I do end up needing more body work, I will definitely be going to Crash Champions

This was the best auto repair experience I have had, starting g with Kai answering the Robbie asking “hello, Crash Champions, how can I make your day amazing” to easy drop off, coordinating with Enterprise all was seamless and quick. It was even better when I picked up my car…the car was freshly washed and was even vacuumed and wiped down inside (it really needed it!) Thanks
