I am pleased with the damage repair, but I am not pleased at all that my black car is now covered in buffer scratches. I have always washed by hand and never even took in a car wash for fear of the fine scratches showing on the black paint and now my car is covered with buffer marks and it looks horrible.

I was pleased with the repair done to my car, but what I was not pleased with is the buffer rings all over my black car. I have never even taken it through a car wash fearing the tiny scratches that may happen. Now when the sun hits my car it looks horrible.

Absolutely not. I'm recommending our business use the body shop across the street instead or literally anyone else, but this location. This buy out by Crash Champions has turned a formerly reliable body shop into the last one I'd recommend to anyone.
